[Hidden-tech] Online marketing for near zero net energy village

Have you considered traditional PR for this? I think the Recorder in
Greenfield would be very interested in this as a news story. BEAR Country
radio station in Greenfield would also be interested.

In addition, for online PR, you could put an announcement on Western Mass
Craigslist. There are a variety of listservs and email lists in the area too
- such as Hilltown Families, etc.

Finally, I would think that you could contact charitable and governmental
agencies who work with low income families to alert them to this
opportunity. You could provide those agencies with fliers and printed
material about the lottery.
