[Hidden-tech] Lawyer referral

I live in Hadley and run several national programs.  Throughout all my
entrepreneurial travels, I have found that it is not trivial to find people
who are genuine and who follow through on what they say they're going to
do.  So, when it came time to file my own first provisional patent, I turned
to Johnny Kumar who is the head of IP for Winston and Strawn.  Johnny is
based in D.C., but he has tapped the smartest people in the sector in which
I operate, nationally, and put them on my case.  They worked to understand
my needs and my budget; and, they coached me through the process so that I
could take as much responsibility for writing claims and embodiments as I
wanted.  I found this to be tremendously useful in my own learning and see
them as an extension of my team... which is great because I know have team
members in the Bay Area, Washington D.C. and NYC.
