[Hidden-tech] Copying machine question - support emails caught by spam

That sounds like the last machine I had -- and it worked fine until the
machine got toner in so many places we started to get
streaks on copies, and I figured it was time for a color unit.

HOWEVER - the reason for this response is about getting support not the
machine,

I found it was almost impossible to get an email from Xerox support that
was not stopped by one spam filter or another.
Most ISPs today run a spam filter and most people have one on their desk
top.

Just the work 'Xerox' in an email (and I am sure others) trigger a very
high spam score that even a white list might not allow.

Just a somewhat humorous warning.
