Greeting Hidden Techies, As a sales coach and guerrilla marketer, I often encourage my clients to find and focus on particular niches. Healthcare, for example. (Actually, healthcare isn't a niche, but a broad market segment.) There are many niches within healthcare. Do you know what they are?
