Greeting Hidden Techies,

As a sales coach and guerrilla marketer, I often encourage my clients to
find and focus on particular niches. Healthcare, for example. (Actually,
healthcare isn't a niche, but a broad market segment.)

There are many niches within healthcare. Do you know what they are? Do you
know which ones represent the greatest opportunity for you to find work?
Could your service or product offer add value to a hospital, an independent
clinic, and affiliated medical practice, a VNA? If so, what's your message,
to whom will you deliver it, and how?

A niche doesn't necessarily doom you to a "monoline" practice, but it does
allow you to leverage your learning, your time, and your contacts in a way
that a diversified list of prospects can't even approach.

Here's another great learning opportunity for you to sharpen your chops so
you can compete in a nearly recession proof sector of the economy. I hope
to see you there.
