[Hidden-tech] skype (et al) for business

Andrew,

Hopefully Google's GrandCentral will relaunch soon with Version 2.0 . . .
rumors are that it will. It will be interesting to see what this does and
how it might be integrated into Google's corporate offerings.

Skype seems to have significantly improved their service. On Windows they
launched a new 4.0 version and coincident with that, voice quality seemed to
me to go up a lot. I pay $30/year for their "all you can eat" Skype-Out to
normal phones service. But this is for someone solo, not integrated into a
corporate offering.

You should check out the great offerings that Crocker Communications has for
VOIP.
