1. Seems like a natural for Twitter
2. Go on the boards of house-sharing services and post your request, 
or ask the site owners to put a blurb in your newsletter.

BTW, I have many successful  house-sharing of my own. Are you taking 
about living together or while traveling? (I've done both).
