[Hidden-tech] cell phone and laptop in Thailand

One thing I forgot to mention about the SIM cards:
Check the cell phone network in Thailand.  There are different types of
cell networks around the world - GSM, CDMA, etc.  I think Verizon uses
CDMA.  If you have a CDMA phone and the country runs on GSM (or vice
versa) the phone might not work.
