[Hidden-tech] health insurance

Hi there,
I'm wondering what providers/packages other sole-proprietors are using for
their family health insurance. It'd be great to know what the "best" package
out there costs and what it provides for, etc.  This is obviously a huge
topic of discussion nationally (and globally)  but I'd like to know what
people are doing right here in the good ole happy valley.  Thanks for your
replies/suggestions in advance.

(I know this has been asked a few times before (but it's not possible/clear
how to search previous postings on the hidden-tech website)
