Hi Joel,
I'm not an guru but can probably help you if you don't get any other 
offers claiming expertise. I run my own linux server to host a few apps, 
windows file sharing and my website, and have deployed and support a few 
linux servers to customers. Ive been working with it for many years.  Do 
you have the root password?
there may be some remote admin methods setup and we could do it 
remotely. Southampton is a little far for me but I wouldn't mind a one 
time trip if you're stuck.
