Hadley Printing seems pretty good,
BUT
a caution.

Historically, the use of metallics and any printer's expertise lies more
in paper choice,
not just the actual printing.

If it is too absorbent a stock,
the metallic will sink in.
making a silver into just gray.

To use a non glossy stock and have metallic actually shine,
you need a run of an underprinting
BEFORE the metallic ink is printed,
to keep it shiny.

better to use a glossy stock and keep metallics shiny,
but for letterhead,
glossy stock makes writing on it a smeary challenge.
