Thanks for the comment Matt -- only it is wrong.
The sentiment is right -- how ever the facts are not,

Any updated forum today including the HT ones, automatically mask any 
email like will at dedicationtechnologies.com

The next generation, which will be live in the next month or so, 
actually outputs javascript masking code
so even a 'smart' spider can't figure it out
