[Hidden-tech] Office Space needed - long/term and short term - creating a reference

Hello All,

This may be a misguided response but here goes.

I am renovating three buildings in Greenfield on Bank Row ie very
center of town. If there is interest in SOMEONE ELSE leasing and
running an indyhall http://indyhall.org/ type space, I would entertain
realistic lease terms and signficant build to suit including
infratstructure. As we are under construction right now, this
incubator/cowork idea would be a "now" thing if it was to get into my
work flow.

Benefits include:

• finished space, chaseways, conduit etc
• Corner of Bank Row and Main
• Espresso cafe w outdoor seating on first floor

Spaces available are approx 25 x 40 / 1000 sq ft and range from $9600/
yr- $16,200 yr
