I have office space like this available immediately in Feeding Hills. I
leased a nice large office complex and rent out to small compainis getting
sarted or looking to expand. Two offices left. One is a 200 sf private
office the other is a double office. I have a thrid office but is a larger
600 sq space fo the right compay. All include utilities including high speed
internet, discount VoIP business phone service, 24 hour access, available
assistant services, and use of a 30 person conference room. It has pleanty
of parking for business meetings, is handycap accessable and minutes from
Westfield, W. Springfield, and Springfield.

If anyone is interested please feel free to give me a call. I can work out
reasonable rates and short leases. Tech companies would be great so we can
possable work togetherwith referal business. We are also starting a BNI
chapter to eet here in the office so that would be an additional convience.
