[Hidden-tech] Office Space needed

Brattleboro's Cotton Mill is looking for tenants. Like most similar
multiple-use spaces (as the former Pearl Paint in Florence) BDCC's
Cotton Mill is host to multiple artist and media studios, performance
and studio spaces, small businesses and single-owner service/product
small industries. It also has the mandate to act as a "business
incubator."

I'm not sure if Pearl Paint or Eastworks have room nowadays, but if
Cotton Mill is any indication, tenancy is declining after a higher
than usual percentage of small-business failures in this economy.
Seems like Pete's idea could work in a number of such former
warehouse spaces, if appropriate space is available.
