[Hidden-tech] seeking "green" printer - DC news

I just audited Sheridan Press in PA. They are FSC certified and publish
journals and magazines. Don't know about the on-demand.

Also, go to www.fsc-info.org to find FSC certified printers in any
country. Search on "CoC" under the Category and type in "printer" under
Products. If your client want to brand with the Rainforest Alliance
frog logo
<http://www.rainforest-alliance.org/forestry.cfm?id=smartwood_program&CFID=28196357&CFTOKEN=95028390>,
too, be sure to search on "SW" under the CB heading.

Locally, Tiger Press is certified, but I don't know what kind of
printing they do.

FYI, I am going to try www.4over4.us
<http://www.4over4.us/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=31&Itemid=36>
for my business cards and small print jobs.. They print everything on
FSC certified papers and are inexpensive, but that is not what your
client is looking for. I shopped the local printers and the only one I
could find that was FSC certified was Tiger Press, and they were very
expensive for business cards.
