[Hidden-tech] high resolution screen capture app?

Can you further define what you mean by high resolution? Assuming your
monitor is set to anything higher than 1024x768, a full screen capture would
essentially be "high resolution" (with regards to the number of pixels
captured).
Are you trying to take a snap shot of a high definition video?
