[Hidden-tech] Restaurant websites built using Adobe Flash?

People who run restaurants are generally not sophisticated at marketing
and communications. They are likely to think of their web site primarily
as an advertising medium rather than as a means for providing specific
information that their potential customers are looking for.

If I were in the business of designing commercial web sites, I would
suggest that clients read Steve Krug's "Don't Make Me Think" before
making any decisions about style and content. I frequently do suggest it
to people who think they know how to design a survey questionnaire.
