Hello, David, and congratulations on the changes you are making. 

I just wanted to share this important information with you:
where allergens are a concern, it is important to have only your own vacuum
used.

Even the most advanced Hepa filters can not prevent allergens from other
environments where a vacuum is used, from entering your environment.  Use your
own.

Two requests:

First of all, I am looking for house cleaner who can clean up my new home prior
to moving day. The home is located in the Leeds section of Northampton.

I am looking for someone who can bring all cleaning supplies including a vacuum
cleaner (strongly prefer that one be used with a hepa filter). There are
significant allergy considerations involved, and I need the place to be well
cleaned before I move. 

This cleaning needs to take place sometime in the next 7-10 days.

Depending on cost, I may want to hire this person for a once per month cleaning
on an ongoing basis. After I move in, I will be happy to provide a vacuum
cleaner and cleaning supplies for any ongoing cleaning.

I will appreciate any recommendations. Please let me know if you have personal
experience with the person or persons that you suggest.

Secondly, I am looking to engage the services of a professional organizer. I
know there are some here in the valley. Personal organization has not been my
strength and I would like to start out in this new home in as neat and organized
a manner as possible.
