[Hidden-tech] web design question

He's probably using some version of explorer. the doctype is xhtml; I'm
pretty sure some versions of explorer (maybe 6 or older?) show that as
source. Firefox/Safari/Opera/insert any decent web-browser here show it
as intended.
Either change to an html doctype, or ask your client to upgrade his
browser.
