Sorry for the second post but I wanted to clarify that this is not a consulting gig. We are seeking a full time employee only. I also want to add that this is not your average place to work. This is a no BS environment with lots of freedom. Not a good job for someone who needs to be managed or can't work with deadlines.  If you know of someone who works in a crappy environment this will be a refreshing change.

Looking for one or 2 people.

Windows and Linux server specialist. the kind of person who can restore an Exchange server if someone took an ax to it. Deploy windows servers properly, Active Directory, SharePoint, etc. If you love programming this is a big plus. We also have need for someone who can code and work with crystal, php, python, Java.... you get the idea. This is a very unique work environment in a company that is growing (38% last year and 09 looks even better).

If you are looking for a 9-5 paycheck don't bother. If you eat breathe and sleep IT I would like to hear from you. Don't worry about degrees and certifications. You will be hired based on what you can do not what certificates you have on a wall.
