BE CAREFUL It can be called spamming (UCE) -- unless the list is properly opt-in managed. The 'cheap' lists are rarely qualified, and heavy use (meaning bulk sends) are almost always flagged by ISPs today - and they will cut off servers that repeatedly do that. We have an number of verified opt-in lists and weekly have to defend from being identified as spammers. Even the HT list has been so labeled a few times. Basically good luck.
