[Hidden-tech] Why I'm Coming to the Using Social Media in Business Event

I want to add my enthusiasm for Thurs' event, esp, since this whole
organization is based on our own
use of what is now called 'Social media', when HT started it was just
called email.

While one side of my own business is developing large uses of the web,
largely search and directory,
including various types of social networking in our technology mix,
our other growing side of business is using Social media in a social and
environmental setting
such as at EarthThrives.com. We all saw what this media can do with the
Obama election,
and we hope to see it provide the communications channels needed for
many other solutions.

I hope we see you there.
