Hi Val:

The big thing to keep in mind with any online software, especially  
customer data, is making sure there is an easy way to export your data  
if you decide you're not happy for whatever reason with the service.  
So just poke around and make sure there is an export feature and it  
gives you the ability to take your data and use it in another program  
in the future.
