[Hidden-tech] Business stimulus for HT members ?

Don't now if anyone else mentioned this, but

A "small business" for the Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR)
Program, or any small business "set aside" program for Gov't contracting is
defined as less then 500 employees, and not dominant in its field.

Many defense contractors do watch their employee count.
