[Hidden-tech] Google Apps Connector for BlackBerry Enterprise Server, HOSTED. Does it exist?

I've asked the big national universe this question, but perhaps the Valley
universe knows the answer: is there a company that is offering the new
Google Apps Connector for BlackBerry Enterprise Server product in a HOSTED
solution??

There are lots of providers (Sherweb, Intermedia, Mailstreet etc) that offer
hosted Exchange and Exchange + BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Google has just
recently launched the 1.0 version of a product that allows one to cut out
Exchange entirely and just use BlackBerry Enterprise Server with Google
Apps, allowing push and sync of GMail to the native mail application on the
BlackBerry. It requires a Windows Server + BlackBerry Enterprise Server
software on top of which you drop the free Google Apps Connector for
BlackBerry Enterprise Server. But what if you don't have your own Windows
Server and want to have it provided by a third party hosting company?
