Tess, I assume you mean the chip that records the images in the camera. I also had great success with Photo Rescue. Embarrassed as I am to admit it, I had reformatted the chip by mistake, which as you probably are aware, erases existing images - some of which were terrific, though I admit not as terrific as I remembered them right after erasing them from the chip :-).
