Well it¹s time to get serious about backing up data for my biz. I¹m running a 2008 Macbook with MS Office using Entourage for e-mail. I want to back-up all my e-mails and select files. I¹ve looked into Mobile Me by Apple. It seems really cool if you want to sync your Macbook, iPhone, and/or iPod but costs a fair amount per GB data, $99/year for only 20GB, $49 next 20GB or $99 for 40GB extra. My Entourage files alone = 96GB. Alternatively, MozyHome for Mac only charges $4.95/month per computer for UNLIMITED STORAGE. Even though I plan to use it for business, they don¹t offer a business option for Mac at this time. MozyPro is only for PC. On a related note, thanks to the great, recent thread on CRM, I may use Salesforce.com in which case, much data will be stored on Salesforce servers. Now when I have a website built, I know that will need to be hosted on a server somewhere and perhaps that could also be a source for another place to back-up data. Thanks in advance for any tips.
