Most likely.  Macs are also superior in terms of O/S stablity and
imunity to viruses, etc.

Mac *hardware* has been getting cheaper, esp. since Apple has gone from
Power PC processors to Intel processors.  I believe that Adobe's
software is the same price for either platform, for the *same* level of
software -- beware that Adobe has 'consumer' / 'home' grade versions of
their software, that are not 'professional' grade.  Most of the 'PC'
users of programs like Photoshop are using the 'consumer' / 'home'
grade version (commonly the versions that 'come with' cheap (consumer
grade) digital cameras), which is probably NOT what you want if you
will be doing graphics work professionally.
