*I* *sometimes* check, but only the From: and Subject: fields.  Even if I
whitelist someone, if they send a HTML-only message, my procmail recipe
auto-replys and *discards* the HTML-only message.  I don't use an E-Mail
program that can display HTML -- this is by design.

I running a nightly program to 'dust' my spam folder, getting rid of
messages with certain spamassassin tags.  I do keep a log of everything
procmail processes, just in case something falls through the cracks.  If
I am expecting something that is likely to be flagged as spam (many of
the various auto-generated messages, including order-confirms and
sometimes mailling list/forum/etc confirms land in my spam folder.
