They work great, but you have to make sure that you basically rethink the way you work and take phone calls based on the service some. For instance, you can set them up to follow you, meaning it will ring your office phone, then cell phone, then home phone etc. But in the times you don't want that and you want it to just go to voicemail then you have to remember that you have to go in and set it that way. More over you have to train your clients to understand how your phone system works so that they don't instantly think you are too busy to answer their phone calls if a automated message picks up. It's more of a philosophy thing than anything else. I can't say I've hard anything bad about any of them as a whole. We used GotVMail for a while, but now we just use cell phones only and use a service called YouMail.com that put the voicemail into and email and also transcribes it. Best of all it's FREE as of right now. This feature will change the way you work. The transcription isn't perfect, but it let's you know who called and what they called about. You see that almost instantly and then you can make a decision if it's really important to call them back now, or if later is fine. And if the transcription isn't good enough, just listen to the attached MP3 of the voicemail. It basically gives you the iPhone visual voicemail functionality on your desktop, or in my case my blackberry. I only listen to the messages I want without wading through all of the others. And did I mention it's FREE. (no, I don't work for YouMail.com). I think it's also a nice feature when it sends you an e-mail alerting you that you have a message (or had a call.)
