Hi Annameire, I have the advantage of just having spoken with you by phone to get a better sense of what you are looking for and exploring. I've narrowed down to two paths, with the emphasis on simplicity. PATH 1: SCREEN SHARING For this path, you'll: A: Select a local tool for yourself, whether a drawing program and pen-based input device, or a virtual whiteboard camera that captures your actual whiteboard in real time. See an old review of various devices that can capture your whiteboard, not sure if all are still being manufactured: http://www.macworld.com/article/2777/2003/03/whiteboardcapturedevices.html B: Select a web-based screen sharing service: http://glance.net This is the simplest to use. http://www.readytalk.com A little more robust, as it allows you to schedule and get feedback. Both of these have free trials. PATH 2: COLLABORATION and MIND MAPPING This option will allow you either collaborate live, visually, or to post documents/sketches and allow other collaborators to post comments are make notes on your sketches, and track this through a revision process until you reach agreement on final: http://thinkature.com This may be the ideal solution for you. It allows real time visual collaboration; you can move around notes, images and sketches. http://www.mindmeister.com Collaborative Online Mind Mapping, similar to thinkature. May also be a great solution for you. http://www.conceptshare.com This is simple to use collaboration tool, aimed at visual communications agencies. http://basecamphq.com An incredibly simple and elegant collaboration tool. Not as visual, but a fantastic tool if you want to have more collaborative tools than just visual. All of these have free trials. I hope this is helpful.
