[Hidden-tech] ACT! vs. SalesForce - and other alternatives Upswing, Big Contacts, or Plaxo?

Props to my friend Doug Wheat, an H-T member, who turned me on to Big
Contacts, www.bigcontacts.com.
Also good pricing but no social networking component.
