[Hidden-tech] Microsoft Outlook Business Content Manager available for Outlook w/XP Home/Office 2002?

Dear H-T,

 

To the best of my searching on the Microsoft web site, it appears that the
Business Content Manager module (add-on) may have only begun with Outlook
2003 and later.  I would appreciate any guidance on getting it for my
version of Outlook.
