Julie, You need to advise your client to be patient. Everyone else is out there trying to make similar impressions but only they have been out there a lot longer than your client. Depending on the content and what other have already put out in cyberspace it could take several months to a couple years to build up any decent following. But if you build it well and keep refining you message, you will eventually get through but there are some pitfalls to avoid. The biggest thing I could suggest that if you want to kick start your visitor counts you can buy both a Google AdWords and a Yahoo Search Network campaign. Are Google Alerts set for "comprehensive" and "daily"? Are the keywords in the Google Alerts too broad? For example, if you do a Google Alert for "real estate", Google is going to spider so much content with those keywords that they aren't going to email you about every one. If you send me the blog's URL I could take a look. _______________________________________________ Hidden-discuss mailing list - home page: http://www.hidden-tech.net Hidden-discuss at lists.hidden-tech.net You are receiving this because you are on the Hidden-Tech Discussion list.
