I don't think you're going to get all that much cheaper than those
prices for a legit copy. The difference between OEM and Retail for
windows is basically that you're not supposed to ever install it on a
different machine than the first one you put it on (and it doesn't
come in a nice box). It's what a hardware manufacturer (or local
builder) would use to install on a machine they're selling to someone.
