If you do end up going with Parallels, Newegg has XP Pro SP3 for about $140 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116515 They also have Home edition for $90 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116511 I don't think you're going to get all that much cheaper than those prices for a legit copy. The difference between OEM and Retail for windows is basically that you're not supposed to ever install it on a different machine than the first one you put it on (and it doesn't come in a nice box). It's what a hardware manufacturer (or local builder) would use to install on a machine they're selling to someone. Office Pro includes BCM.
