[Hidden-tech] Seeking Lower-Cost Drupal Developer

I am seeking Drupal developer for one of my clients.  She has a simple site
at www.writingtheprayer.com and wants basic work like adding a forum.  She's
a very good client - I just have too much work right now.

It's a small young business, so the budget is very limited.  Any
recommendations for developers around $50 (or less) per hour?
