You may want to check out prohosting.com. I have used them for years to
host numerous non-profit and political sites. They are located in Utah
and very reliable. Courteous service too.

Locally, Excell.Net (East Longmeadow)  and Crocker.com (Springfield) are
good, but certainly not the cheapest, but they are reliable, their
service is good and you are giving business to local companies.
