The Harold Grinspoon Foundation has an immediate opening for a Business
Systems Analyst in its Alumni & Donor Outreach Technology Program.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist staff at nonprofit Jewish overnight camps by:
- Assessing technology needs
- Solving business problems with technology solutions
- Preparing resources and best practices for utilizing
technology effectively to reach fundraising and alumni outreach goals
- Offering oversight and resources for preparing and cleaning
alumni and donor data
Assist the Technology Program Manager in various program-wide activities
by:
- Researching new technologies: social networking and
fundraising/alumni outreach tools
- Supporting User Group, eNewsletter, and blog
preparation/documentation
- Preparing reports/presentations for various purposes
- Assisting with presentations at Grinspoon Institute annual
conference
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Required: Data management
- Preferred: Social networking technology, fundraising
technology, systems implementation, customer service, web programming
- Skills:
- Communication (oral and written)
- Organization/Project Management
- Problem-solving
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A passion for learning technology and applying it to solve
business problems
- Degree:
- Preferred: B.S. in Information Technology, Data Management,
or related field
Job Location: West Springfield, MA
Position Begins: As soon as possible
