Hi - I've recently begun collaborating with a friend and colleague on nonprofit fundraising consulting projects. Since we'd both like to preserve our friendship as we move from solopreneurs to partners, we'd like to speak with a lawyer who can explain the various structural/tax options available to us (corp, LLC, partnership, etc.) as we grow, and offer advice on which one will work best for our situation. I welcome all of your suggestions for a local lawyer who might be a good fit for this situation. Thanks. -- Dan Kirsch KirschLeuchs Consulting 58 Chestnut St Florence, MA 01062 413.221.9521 dankirsch at verizon.net -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
