[Hidden-tech] Need IRS Form 1096

[Scott Reed]

While all the forms can be downloaded, not all of them can be accepted 
electronically by the IRS. Some are just for information purposes, as is 
the 1096 form. Herb needs a copy of the official, scannable form, from 
the government printer.
