Arien,

My dear friend who recently passed away started a wonderful company called "
Glance.net" to handle this sort of need on a very straightforward basis.
WebEx is monolithic. Glance.net is simple, easy to use, cheap, and works
perfectly all the time. (I think it's $50 a month.) PC and Mac. Basically
you just share your entire desktop visually only. You use the phones (that's
what phones are for) to have the conversation, and your customers and
prospects simply point their web browsers to remedia.glance.net to watch you
drive your software. Lightweight, easy to use, even fun.

Give them a try, they are great, and my friend's partner continues to drive
the company forward.

Best wishes,
Richard Resnick
