Thanx to all who offered advice about finding a patent lawyer.

How incredibly embarrassing is it when one's ever so clever, and of 
course original (why hasn't anyone else thought of this?) idea shows 
up as a finished consumer product. <sigh>

What was it you may ask? Cell phone with an integrated BlueTooth 
headset that charges with the phone. Two just appeared on the market.

Stellar idea, if I do say so myself. Glad they appeared before I put 
time and energy into it.
