[Hidden-tech] Computer Woes

Hello Hidden Techies--

I'm wondering if anyone can give us some tips here. Our family computer has
crashed and we can't figure out why. My husband thought it was the cpu's
electrical power box but he tried replacing it and no go. He also tried
disconnecting the dsl and it's not that, either. The screen turns a greenish
color when it's on. 

Any ideas on what else it could be? We're thinking either the hard drive or the
mother board -- ?
