Innovative Business Systems, Inc., an employee-owned computer services
company based in Easthampton, MA, is currently searching for two
qualified candidates for technical and operations positions. If you do
not see your specialty listed, IBS always accepts employment inquiries
out of our Easthampton, MA office.

Scheduling/Dispatcher - This newly created position will handle the
coordination of scheduling and dispatch functions for the IBS technical
team under the direction of our Operations Manager. As part of our
Operations Team, this person will be responsible for planning, and
monitoring the service delivery of the technical staff, coordinating the
delivery and installation of equipment and contingency planning as
emergencies arise. 

Level 3 - Network Administrator or Engineer - PC-based network
installation and support and extensive Active Directory experience is
required. Microsoft certification (MCSA or MCSE) is preferred.
Additional experience in supporting Microsoft Exchange, CA Arcserve,
Symantec Backup Exec, Double-Take software, and Citrix Presentation
Server/XenApp is also preferred.
