I don't know about what it used to be, but in the past 3 years Constant
Contact's policy has been very clear--they have strict, strict rules about
the privacy of users mailing lists. They couldn't be in business otherwise.

You may want to beware of Constant Contact. Their fine print used to say
they get use of your uploaded list. We have a colleague that had to bring in
attorneys to get out if their contract and make sure they didn't use the
list that they uploaded before they knew.

*Maybe* their policy has changed but beware.
