[Hidden-tech] Attack dog lawyer who works on contingency?

David,
My opinion is that unless you're really, really, really ticked off about
something, you or someone you know were hurt or threatened...don't sue.  The
world is already cram packed full of litigation...and usually, the only
people that benefit are the lawyers (not that there's anything wrong with
lawyers:)

Demand  that the company replace your unit and demand supreme customer
service...and if you don't get it, threaten that you're going to spread the
news of their terrible product flaws far and wide... but you'll probably
regret become involved in some drawn out litigation.  Life's too short.  my
.02.
