David,
I am glad to hear there was no damage, but since there was no damage, 
your attack dog will require that you be less than honest about the 
experience when the company takes your deposition and if/when you are 
called before a judge or jury. Perhaps that is a price you are willing 
to pay. If not, then I suggest documenting the event and reporting it to 
the product safety folks: http://www.cpsc.gov/talk.html.
