the Sales arena.  I am a recruiting consultant with Softchoice Corporation,
a leading provider of technology solutions and services to Government and

CIVILIAN ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (2 openings)
As a GOVERNMENT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE in RESTON, this is a hybrid role that
involves new business development and account management within an assigned
Civilian agency (i.e. Veterans Affairs, DHS, DOJ, NASA, etc....) or Civilian
Financials agency (Dept. of Treasury, IRS, FDIC, SEC, Federal Reserve Bank)

Mid-Level Relationships 
Knowledge of contracting/procurement (PCHS,GSA or SEWP) 
1-2+ years experience with Veterans Affairs or other large Civilian agency 
Drive “Deal” Business 
Consultative support to customer base in mid market 
Market Softchoice sales model 
Assist customers with cost effective licensing solutions 
Leverage vendor/manufacturers relationships to ensure best value to
customers 
Microsoft or Manufacturers experience (desired) 
Maximize profit margins on all products sold 
Keep updated on industry trends and products 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

3-5+ years government selling 
1-2+ years target Agency experience 
Demonstrated over plan performance 
Presentation skills an asset 
Proficient use of MS Suite
