Hi all,

I've been working hard for almost a year with multiple UMass
departments and Thinking Highways, a UK-based traffic tech magazine,
to develop a global conference on climate change and transportation.
The dates are May 29, 30 at the Mullins Center and there are a
variety of accessible rates for small, Massachusetts companies. (I
had all of HT folks in mind when I argued for a day rate.)

Even if you aren't into the topic, I think there may be business
opportunities for a number of you -- particularly those in the
sales/marketing/PR/advertising world; those in science
writing/editing/technical writing; videography; Web
development/programming, etc . . .

That's because this is a conference that will include industry,
academia and government officials, plus possible decent media
coverage. There will be an exhibition hall with pretty low rates.
Several of you can even team to take out tables.

And, hey, some of you may want to come just to hear what some
top-flight experts have to say about helping address one of the most
serious matters we face as a world today.
