[Hidden-tech] Reversing Left and Right Audio Channels

I'm looking for a quick tip from a Mac user who knows audio. I have a couple
of recordings where the right and left channels need to be flipped. So far
I've been unable find a simple way of doing this short of exporting them out
as separate mono channels and then re-creating the stereo track. Does anyone
know of an easier way to do this, like a "swap L & R channels setting?
